sparkles and tease
infinity of stars
infinity of snowflakes
infinity of shards of glass
scattered
for all eyes of the world to feast on
I reach out my hands to touch the stars
and get bitten by the cold
I stick out my tongue to taste the snow
and get cut by the glass
I brush the floor to sweep away the shards
and get blinded by the sparkling stars
look, look, do not touch
look, look, do not take in
scattered
I am
for everyone to trip
swept under the rug by some, annoyed by some
however, fixed by none
-- I doubt I could be, so I remain
hush, hush, do not tell
hush, hush, do not let out
infinity of snowflakes
infinity of shards of glass
scattered
for all eyes of the world to feast on
I reach out my hands to touch the stars
and get bitten by the cold
I stick out my tongue to taste the snow
and get cut by the glass
I brush the floor to sweep away the shards
and get blinded by the sparkling stars
look, look, do not touch
look, look, do not take in
scattered
I am
for everyone to trip
swept under the rug by some, annoyed by some
however, fixed by none
-- I doubt I could be, so I remain
hush, hush, do not tell
hush, hush, do not let out
